WeKnife Brr15 Shredded Carbon Fiber, Polished Gray is an exclusive interpretation of Rafal Brzeski’s design, created byWeKnife as a combination of sophisticated design and advanced EDC functionality. The design is based on balanced form, perfect proportions and precise manufacturing craftsmanship, offering high performance culture and high-end aesthetics. Blade is made of Böhler M390 powder steel , considered one of the best materials in utility knives thanks to its exceptional abrasion resistance, excellent sharpness retention and very high corrosion resistance. The Wharncliffe profile provides full control of the line of cut throughout the entire range of the blade, allowing precise maneuvering in EDC tasks. The stonewashed finish enhances the practicality of the design, effectively masking traces of use and highlighting the visual depth of the material. Handle made of milled titanium 6Al-4V and inlays of Shredded Carbon Fiber, creating a highly resistant yet decorative structure with a unique pattern. The profiled edges provide a stable grip, while the ergonomic shape of the handle guarantees full control and comfort during daily work. The bolster lock has been integrated into the titanium frame, offering stability and the discreet elegance of security. The front flipper type opening mechanism , supported by ceramic bearings, allows the blade to be unfolded smoothly and instantly with one hand. M390 – a martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to its alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), hardened between 59-61 HRC,vacuum and cryogenic treatment and double tempering. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter’s CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

The Wharncliffe profile provides a flat cutting edge, allowing full cutting control along the entire length of the blade – especially for precise, flat cuts along the surface of the material. The surface of the blade has been polished and then coated with a gray coating, which minimizes the visibility of micro-scratches and increases aesthetic longevity during use. The flat grind (flat grind ) facilitates smooth entry into the material and allows for efficient distribution of cutting power in everyday tasks. Blade operation is smooth thanks to a front flipper and ceramic ball bearings. Safety is provided by the bolster lock mechanism , which ensures that the blade is securely locked in the open position.
Handle – made of milled titanium 6Al-4V with decorative inlays of Shredded Carbon Fiber, creates a lightweight, stable construction with high resistance to mechanical damage and premium aesthetic character. Each inlay with embedded pieces of carbon fiber generates a unique pattern layout, giving each piece an individual character. Delicate chamfers and ergonomic curves improve comfort and provide a secure grip during intensive work. The integrated bolster lock maintains a clean design line. The entire design is complemented by a titanium deep-carry (tip-up) clip for discreet carrying and a solid backspacer, increasing the mechanical stability of the Handle. The design combines the highest utility class with perfect aesthetics and excellent mechanism culture.
