Herbertz CJH 3D Eagle, Black combines nature-inspired graphics with practical utility design. The dynamic 3D print depicting an eagle in a forest landscape is not only a decorative element, but also a stylistic distinguishing feature that emphasizes the character of the knife. Despite the collector’s look, the whole thing has been designed with everyday use in mind . Blade is made of 420 stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and ease of maintenance. The use of black protective coating not only strengthens the working surface of the blade, but also reduces light reflections and gives the tool a more tactical look. Handle made of metal has been contoured in a way that promotes ergonomics – finger undercuts and proper balance improve the comfort of operating the knife. Three-dimensional graphics with a realistic eagle and forest motif give the design an individual character, making it an interesting addition to both an EDC kit and a themed collection. The model is equipped with a clip and a cord hole, which increases its functionality in everyday conditions.
AISI 420(AmericanIron andSteelInstitute) rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, a martensitic stainless steel that offers high hardenability (in the 54-56 HRC range) and strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools and knife blades.
Blade – with a classic drop point profile was made of 420 stainless steel, coated with a uniform black coating to protect against abrasion and corrosion. Thanks to the use of a flat grind, the blade is characterized by good cutting performance and even geometry. The double-sided peg allows the knife to be opened quickly with one hand and works well for both right- and left-handed users.
Handle – made of metal, features profiling to improve ergonomics and 3D graphics with a representation of an eagle and a forest – a detail that sets this model apart from other folders. Textured surfaces and milling guarantee a secure grip, while the solid grip attachment of the grips strengthens the overall rigidity of the design. In addition, the knife is equipped with a carry clip and a cord hole, which increases its functionality and usefulness in everyday situations.
