CJH Ka-Bar style Black Polymer, Black 420 is a budget interpretation of the classic Ka-Bar combat knife , combining durability, simplicity of design and tactical aesthetics. The distinctive line of the design has been fully preserved – a solid clip point Blade, symmetrical cross guard and round Handle create a tool that works well in both outdoor and emergency situations. Blade made of 420 stainless steel is characterized by resistance to rust and ease of sharpening, which makes it practical in harsh conditions. The black coating reduces light reflections and enhances the blade’s protection from the elements. An additional saw on the back increases functionality in cutting fibrous materials or wood. The durable polymer plastic Handle is contoured to provide a secure grip regardless of weather conditions. Transverse fluting enhances control of the tool, and a lightweight sheath with belt attachment allows quick access and safe carrying in the field. AISI 420(AmericanIron andSteelInstitute) rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, a martensitic stainless steel that offers high hardenability (in the 54-56 HRC range) and strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools and knife blades.
Blade – withclip point profile is made of 420 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. Black coating reduces light reflections and protects the working surface. Additional serrations on the back improve usability when cutting ropes and fibrous materials. A hole in the Blade can serve as an attachment point or assist in maneuvering the tool.
Handle – made of plastic, is characterized by high mechanical resistance and fits well in the hand thanks to transverse cuts and anatomical profiling. The symmetrical crossguard protects the hand from slipping on the blade. The included polymer she ath with a belt attachment system allows you to carry the knife comfortably and safely in the field.
