Natterjack OD Green G10, Black Stonewashed is an excellent example of conscious design of everyday knives, where functionality goes hand in hand with modern form. The design, based on an ergonomically shaped milled G10 handle and a sturdy 14C28N stainless steel Blade, ensures comfort and precision regardless of conditions. The Civivi brand , known for its high quality workmanship and innovative solutions, has used here the button lock mechanism, which allows for safe, fast operation of the blade, and ball bearings ensure extremely smooth operation of the mechanism. The 14C28N steel blade offers a great balance between edge retention and ease of sharpening. The black stonewashed finish reduces light reflections, emphasizing the knife’s technical and utility character. The double-sided thumb stud and flipper allow the user to quickly open the blade with one hand – regardless of whether the user is right- or left-handed. The G10 composite handle features excellent wear resistance and ensures grip stability. Thanks to the milled lines and subtle profiling, the knife lies securely in the hand, and the deep-set deep-carry clip allows for discreet carrying. The whole is complemented by a place for a cord, increasing the adaptability of the knife in everyday use.
14C28N – martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in a range of knife steels produced by Swedish steel mills Sandvik. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Considered an improved version of 13C26 steel. Unbeatable in the price / quality category!
Blade – with a clip point profile is made of stainless steel 14C28N, known for its good sharpness retention and rust resistance. The flat grind provides a smooth, precise cut, while the black stonewashed finish reduces the effect of light reflections. A generous belly supports precise maneuvering, making the Blade an effective tool for EDC tasks. Additional opening mechanisms – flipper and double-sided thumb stud – guarantee quick access to the blade from any position.
Handle – made of G10 composite – has been molded with stability and durability in mind. The textured surface, pronounced frets and anatomical profiling allow for a secure grip, even in gloves or wet conditions. Internal liners made of steel increase the rigidity of the entire structure without compromising weight. A deep-carry clip provides low, discreet carry in your pocket, and a cord slot allows you to mount a key ring or protect it from getting lost.
