Herbertz CJH Karambit Titanium Coated Steel, Titanium Coated 420 is a modern interpretation of the classic karambit knife, maintained in a technical style with a full titanium coating. The overall design presents a consistent aesthetic, which goes hand in hand with durability and functionality. This tool is designed for users looking for maximum control, material resistance and modern design. Blade made of 420 stainless steel has been contoured in the characteristic type of karambit, which promotes precise pulling cutting movements. A titanium coating enhances surface scratch resistance and gives the blade a uniform matte appearance. A hole in the Blade allows the blade to be quickly unfolded. Handle also coated with titanium coating, was made of milled metal, and its design provides rigidity and mechanical resistance. Deep finger undercuts and an integrated tactical ring increase comfort and allow the knife to be operated in various conditions – including with gloves. This is a model of distinctive character, created for intensive use.
AISI 420(AmericanIron andSteelInstitute) rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, a martensitic stainless steel that offers high hardenability (in the 54-56 HRC range) and strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools and knife blades.
Blade – the profile of the karambit was designed for pulling cuts and tactical maneuvers. Blade is made of 420 stainless steel, which provides corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. A titanium coating enhances the durability of the working surface and increases wear resistance. A large hole in the back of the blade allows you to quickly unfold the blade.
Handle – made of milled metal was coated with titanium coating, which gives it a modern, tactical character. Ergonomic milling improves the grip, and the tactical ring at the end of the handle allows dynamic operation of the knife in different styles of use. The overall design is characterized by high rigidity, durability and reliability in all conditions.
