One Point Four 4%, Stream 56 ml by Fox Labsproduct in the form of a strong pepper spray with an active substance concentration of 4% OC. This oil-based pepper spray, used by law enforcement, contains 1.4% MC and 5.3 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU). It includes an invisible UV marker for identifying suspects.
