14C28N – martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in a range of knife steels produced by Swedish steel mills Sandvik. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Blade – Drop Point type with a long cutting edge, with a striking Two Tone finish, satin cut , the rest of the Blade finished with Stonewashed. The small thickness of the blade, combined with a high, flat grind, gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened with a double-sided pin in the wedge (dual thumb stud). On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with a solid button lock.
Handle – made of G10 composite , practically indestructible plastic, insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Aggressive texture of the grips provides a secure grip, even with wet hands. The chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the finger undercut made on the front improves ergonomics. The open-backed design fixed with steel spacer sleeves reduces weight and makes cleaning easier. A two-position right/leftdeep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).
