Opis
The 32561 Boot Knife Black/White G10, Satin is a thoughtful choice for users looking for a rugged and compact tactical and survival tool with instant access. Based on full tang construction , it combines the functionality of an everyday EDC knife with features useful in field operations. The 7Cr17MoV stainless steel used is characterized by corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening, which is conducive to off-road use. The satin-finished blade reduces reflections and makes it easier to keep the knife clean. An additional advantage of the model is the G10 handle, offering a secure grip even with wet hands. The set comes with a classic leather sheath and ball chain, allowing the knife to be carried discreetly around the neck. The 32561 is a combination of minimalism, durability and ergonomics, which will work well in the equipment of any user who relies on functionality and readiness for action.
7Cr17MoV is a martensitic chromium steel, often referred to as an improved version of 440A steel. Its nominal chemical composition includes about 0.60-0.75% carbon (C) and 16.0-18.0% chromium (Cr), with additions of molybdenum (Mo) and vanadium (V) in smaller amounts. The higher chromium content provides very good corrosion resistance in typical environments. Carbon is responsible for hardness, which after appropriate heat treatment can reach about 56-58 HRC, which is sufficient for many applications. Molybdenum increases hardenability and improves resistance to pitting corrosion, while vanadium contributes to the formation of fine carbides, which increases abrasion resistance and allows the cutting edge to remain sharp longer. 7Cr17MoV steel is widely used in the mass production of kitchen knives, folding knives for everyday use (EDC), multi-tools and outdoor equipment, where a good combination of corrosion resistance, acceptable hardness and ease of sharpening is crucial .
Blade – made of corrosion-resistant 7Cr17MoV steel, with a gently curved cutting edge. This geometry works well in precise field tasks, as well as in confined space work. The use of a satin finish makes it easy to keep the knife clean. Blade design allows for smooth and quick action in emergency and off-road situations.
Handle – made of G10, refined for ergonomics – profiling and finger undercuts ensure grip stability in all conditions. The material is characterized by resistance to moisture, changing temperatures and mechanical damage, which translates into service life in the field. The textured surface improves grip, and a cord hole allows you to secure or customize the knife to suit your needs. The compact size and light weight, combined with a classic leather sheath and ball chain, make the 32561 an ideal tool to carry around the neck – ready for use when time and reliability count.
