Material & Protection – Made from a blend of cotton, polyester, and elastane, this cap offers excellent stretch, comfort, and durability. The entire surface is coated with Teflon, providing resistance to moisture, dust, grease, and dirt. Teflon maintains its protective properties in temperatures ranging from -70°C to +270°C, while remaining invisible and undetectable to the wearer.
Construction & Comfort – The six-panel (hexagonal) design ensures a snug, ergonomic fit. Six ventilation holes enhance airflow and wick away moisture. The pre-curved visor offers reliable sun protection and can be reshaped as needed. An adjustable hook-and-loop strap at the back allows for a custom fit.
Velcro Panels – The cap includes three Velcro panels: a front panel for flags, morale patches, or rank insignia; a top panel compatible with IR patches; and a rear panel for identifiers such as blood type. These allow for personalized setup tailored to mission or personal needs.
